Cleveland Station Apartments

Tim is doing an awesome job as manager! For the value in this area very glad rent is not higher. Content with older model apartment as long as updates can be made. Would like to see the use of the water system in the front for plants, if not too costly. Seems like initial piping has been put in place but not completed. Paint all the entry way hall areas a grey color which are visibly worn down. One coat is better than none. Seal cracks prior if possible. Bark chips in front sections and possibly update signage. Some problem with outlets because system is limited on usage and dated, but I appreciate Tim’s willingness to address matters timely and consider updates himself. Overall this has been a good choice. Again, thanks to Tim who is accessible and goes above and beyond to make certain this place is improving. Happy here! Kudos??
