This is one of the cheapest apartments we were able to find. While it's not well sound-proofed, the apartment is spacious, and the landlord is amazing. We rarely have to wait more than 1-2 days for any issues (maintenance) to be taken care of. Sure, it's not perfect, but it's a great place for a low price (especially compared to others).

We have been here about 3 months and we absolutely love it. Tim is a wonderful on-site manager and always willing to help answer any questions that we may have. We really love the patio and being able to sit outside and enjoy the fall. I always recommend Cleveland station if anyone's looking for a great place to live.
