Pets allowed. Pet limit 2 allowed. Up to 2 pets are allowed at this community. An additional deposit and pet rent (per pet) will be required. Acceptable pets include Cats, Dogs, Hamsters, Gerbils, Guinea Pigs, Birds, and Fish. All fish tanks will be limited to 1 per home and no more than 25 gallons in capacity. Dogs of the following breed are prohibited from the property; Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bulldogs (all variations), Cane Corso, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Great Dane, Mastiff (all variations), Husky, Pit Bull, Preso Canarios, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf-Hybrid. In addition, a veterinarian must certify the breed of the dog and a record of vaccinations must be provided to the property prior to a dog being allowed on the property. Visiting pets are not allowed without prior written consent from management. Applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each of their pets including service and ESA animals, prior to final application approval. The cost of pet screening is $30 per animal. Completion of the pet profile does not guarantee approval of your animal. Breed restrictions apply. Your pet fees and deposit will be determined once the pet screening profile has been completed.

Rivergreens Apartments is a good place to live overall- neighbors are very friendly, walking to the park and the river is a huge plus, and proximity to 99 and 205 makes it an easy commute. The buildings are a bit older, which can be a plus because they have nice wood-burning fireplaces. However, the floors are quite creaky and the noise level is loud from people above each apartment just doing normal activities if they step on certain floorboards. Try to get a third floor unit! Maintenance has been very responsive with all issues, but they can't fix the loud creaky floors. The golf course view is beautiful but the greens have frequent loud lawn mowers and leaf blowers. New carpet and new paint when we moved in was great. Appliances are nice- in unit laundry makes our life so much easier. Lots of storage space in the apartments, and the porches are nice to relax on. Pool and hot tub are very nice, gym isn't the most up to date but is serviceable. Each unit gets a covered parking spot, but it is hard for guests to find parking, especially in the evenings.
