Good place, I would recommend this complex to anyone

Apartments are in dilapidated and rotten conditions. Cabinets warped, water damaged, and shed splinters in your fabrics and on your dishes, decomposing so shelf liner won't even stick. Appliances falling apart/30 years old. Sinks rusting if they are metal, and chipped if they are porcelain with raw rusting iron showing. Carpets are not steam cleaned or replaced (fleas upon move in, and carpet so worn in places the pad showed though). Maintenance will not fix any of this because the property manager/owner does not deem it worth the money for his budget. Office manager is so rude and short with you, and she will literally turn her back on you and start talking to someone else when she's tired of you. The corporate office manager is also rude, and all of them seem to treat the tenants like huge annoying burdens anytime they have to interact with them.
