We love the staff here, and they take good care of the place. Wish the community room had a DVD player, wish there was a fitness center, wish parking both in the garage and the lot were not so expensive.

Best apartment community in Eugene hands down!

I love working with Julie, she is excellent at what she does and really builds relationships with her residents. The Provisions staff are always warm and friendly even under heavy foot traffic. It makes for a great home as a single person with plenty of people to connect with right in the courtyard. It is mostly a working professional demographic for those looking beyond campus housing proximity.
