The trash area is full alot - health hazard. Only one laundry facility- crowded. Teh walls are paper thin.. loud tenets lead to sleepless nights. Staff is ok, maintenance did a lousy job in my apartment repair and left my carpet damaged. Great location.

Affordable, spacious income restricted property. Amazing floor plan, spacious main bathroom, master bath is a decent size. Original aesthetic from 90’s,, cupboards , doors, etc..carpeted throughout, hopefully will update to flooring. Other than that,, I highly reccommend. This place, Also is a great neighborhood and school district , this complex also has great curb appeal.

Not kept up very well. I saw they put a gate in front of garbage pit. Good in that because when i lived there it was so gross. Thats about it to what I can see. It's listed as affordable housing but its not affordable and thats why I moved.
