Staff are very kind but their is consistently a need fir maintenance requests and often I have to make the same request multiple times before the repair is lasting. Theres only one parking spot for two people and we’re right by the trains. However, the staff ive talked to are incredibly nice and even helped me losd my car on a tow dolly once. They remembered my name from day one and seem to genuinely care about my experience here. Overall, the staff make up for everything else. Although, I do wish amenities were a higher quality, the gym is pretty dissapointing and I’ve never even considered using any of the other amenities.

I really enjoy living there. It's close to town and close to the park has a swimming pool. the maintenance is good and prompt with services.

Overall great but way overpriced for size of apartment and amenities that have varely been accessible since moving in in 2021. (No spa/jacuzzi, one workout machine functions out of the whole room, etc).

I moved here in 2014. I’m happy living here, the lawn and surroundings are regularly maintained. We have amenities like gym, pool and hot tub in summer, nice playground, court. I can wash my car at the car wash and even use dog wash, though I have no dog. We have assigned parking too. Since the new management turnover, all my maintenance requests have been resolved timely. The management and the maintenance work closely and they are very easy to communicate with. This complex makes living here very homely.
