Below average

Have lived here only 2 months but have noticed maintenance is lacking around the outside of the buildings as well as cleaning maintenance in the hallways outside the apartments. Our apartment kitchen and bathroom cabinets are outdated and worn and in need of at least resurfacing or replacement of doors and drawer fronts. I believe that besides renewing the old carpets, our vinyl floors should have been renewed as well before we moved in. They are pock-marked with cigarette burns. Neighbors smoke in their deck area so not pleasant outside the front door or in our deck area. The view outside of the mountains is beautiful. Location is convenient to shopping, etc. Have met some nice neighbors. Rent is a bargain.
