Ive enjoyed our forst year here. The pool was fun to take the kids to in the sunmer. The apartments afe modern and spacious. Guest parking is extremely limited and there is alot of traffic noise so you must know that before moving in. The traffic noise we were able to accept. Maintenance is very fast with any repairs.

It’s decent

I was towed from my paid parking spot despite having my permit in my car window and I was no longer able to conveniently have overnight guests. I was never reimbursed by the predatory towing company they employ or the apartment complex. And I felt cheated about the guest parking changes. The rollout of their new parking policy was expensive and distressing. Otherwise I’ve been pleased to live here. Maintenance crew is friendly. Tenants are fine. Shops are cute. Area is clean. Hallways sometimes smell like pot, but we live in Oregon and that’s hard to escape. Some of my friends won’t visit anymore because the parking rules give them anxiety.

Generally Good Place to Live

My partner and I have lived here for 3 years so far. While the size isn’t super reflective of the price, we’ve generally had a pretty good stay. There are sometimes neighbors above us who are obnoxiously loud and the response from the front office is very slow; sometimes weeks (for any matters). Maintenance is done pretty quickly and the upkeep is okay. I think that they are slightly overpriced for the amenities provided (the gym is very small) and I wish there was more of a relationship with the retail shops as it feels like two different entities sometimes.
