I've lived here two years and I've loved it. The location is walkable to Fred Meyer, Trader Joe, the Library, my car repair shop, lots of excellent restaurants, parks... even Home Depot! The staff are friendly and take concerns seriously, doing their best to fix them immediately whenever possible. The maintenance team is well-trained and knows the building well. They live on-site, so it's their home, too. My unit is near the elevators and two doors and I still find it quiet. If I weren't moving to VA, I'd stay here. :)
