I’ve lived here for a little over 6 months now & I’ve veen pretty happy. Quick maintenance response, love the trash pick up service, garage is a big plus & the guest parking situation got resolved and no more issues. Over all very happy

The apartment itself is decent. The units are clean, well maintained, and fairly quiet. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the location is convenient for shopping and commuting. It’s also pet friendly, which is a big plus if you have a dog or cat. The biggest downside is the parking. It’s extremely limited, poorly managed, and the spaces are small. Visitors have almost no options, and towing seems to happen often. If you rely on your car daily, this can be a real headache. Overall, it’s a decent place to live, especially if you have pets, but the parking can be a daily source of frustration.
