Quiet, well maintained , kind staff

Coming up on a year now as a current and continuing resident here at gardenbrook , and i must say i have ZERO complaints . This place is nicely tucked away from main roads so its quiet, its very well maintained the landscaping always looks beautiful, staff are very friendly and responsive as far as my personal experience goes. I hope to be here for many years to come ??

Bang for your buck

I love the greenery, pond and how tucked back it is from the road. I don't like how you hear everything through the walls from a first floor apartment. I can hear phones vibrating on the end tables in my neighbors bedroom. I can hear their dog chewing on his bone on the floor. I can hear their music and voices through the floor. I wish they had gone non-smoking years ago, but now it's starting May 2023. I've lived here about 7 years. They can't keep any property managers. The ones that were great all left several years ago, and now no one stays. They are huge sticklers if you don't pay right on time and won't allocate paying rent ahead on how you tell them to. So I don't recommend paying ahead - they don't value you that. The pool is great. Depending on where your apartment is, the parking is great. Or you'll have to walk a bit. The dishwashers are old and prone to leaking no matter what you do. Overall, you get bang for your buck, but the current recession is probably reducing that margin.

Generally Fine

After a couple years at the apartment I can say that it is just average. Greg is amazing! Unfortunately the complex manager is practically nonexistent. There is little to no communication to residents and the posted office hours don't matter because they are almost never here. Notices are often placed on doors the day of, the laundry room is regularly broken into and machines are often out of order.
