Why Renters Love It Here
Good
it has been good and have been happy with living there
Expensive but decent.
Don't even consider living here if you only have 1 income stream per adult renter. Amenities are decent, maintenance staff and service excellent, office staff helpful and professional, good for dog owners.
Cool apartment
Cool apartment, but it came with a lot of issues.
Unequal Enforcement/Bad Sign On
I've only been living here for a short time and I have already had a few issues come up that are making me question living here. When we moved in, there was a large amount of problems, Loose cabinets, bad electric outlet covers, the dishwasher wasn't attached and was just loose, etc. Maintenance Staff was EXTREMELY responsive, and all house issues were solved within an hour of finding any of the issues. Signing the lease was sketchy because they quoted me for one amount and then hit me with an amount that was $400 higher for rent. The solution was "Oh just sign this one and we will fix it later." We of course did not, and had to wait even longer for a correct lease to be drawn up on the day of move in. The incorrect lease we were given also was not given to us until a month after giving them the deposit, on the day of move in when we were collecting keys. Multiple emails went out about the issue, none were answered. We called multiple times and were either met with someone who was "covering" that could not help, or no one picked up at all. The largest issue I've had, I had a note taped to my car window about being backed in and being told my car was disturbing other residents. My car's exhaust is as loud as any stock V8 will sound, is well below the state mandated decibel limit, and was the only car with a note on it that day. Even days later as I still see many cars backed into spots, mine has been the only one I've seen a note on with the threat of being towed. I feel this is unequal enforcement of something on my lease because of the type of car I drive and was given the not due to a noise complaint. Overall bad initial experience, and hopefully the rest of my lease will be better or I will 100% be looking for a new place to live. Would not recommend this place if you drive anything more than an economy/electric car.
