Enjoyable thus far
Going on three years living here. Overall 4/5 stars. Pros: - Safety. - Location is also good (lightly depending on what your preferences are, of course). - Staff and maintenance. - Low noise level (except for maybe an upstairs neighbor's footsteps, but still will be less noticeable than most anywhere else). - Overall comfort. Happy Tenant
We have enjoyed living here as location was ideal for me and my partner. It's close to the max, walking distance to restaurants and shopping center. The neighbors are nice as well as the staff.
Love living here
I've lived here for over 3 years - excellent quality, low-energy appliances result in very low power bills. Bulding is well kept up and secure. I work rom home so I'm here a LOT, and almost never have had problems with noise (of course I am on the opposite side from the train). Close to carts, multiple coffee options within walking distance and management is on-site and quite responsive. I'm glad I chose this place.
