Livable and Manageable

This property is livable and is the best value for location I could find in Ashland. I get great light for houseplants and have had good experiences with neighbors. That being said, the management doesn't regularly clean around the apartments and my stairwell smells like urine. Maintenance will usually take a week to come out for non-emergency but still urgent repairs. My parking works out, but apartment number 7's second spot is what looks like a ramp. There are no other easily noticeable ramps. It's not a functional spot for most sedans. There's also only two recycling bins for the entire complex, and frequent reminders on the bins to not overfill them. I wait to use the bins until they go out, but they aren't functional for 30+ units. It'd also be nice to use the extensive green spaces around these apartment's for gardening instead of just large lawns. I like my apartment, I wish that the company managing the property seemed motivated by more than just profit at every turn.

Decent for college students, but becoming way too expensive

Decent-ish apartments for college students or temporary housing. Quiet and private location. Consistently covered in trash. Very little parking. No complex manager of any kind. Rent is going up FAST, pricing out many of the students who live here.
