Decent

Overall this place is ok. The noise is a lot and it lacks a lot of amenities that are standard at other places. (in unit laundry, etc). Elevators are slow and often full before I get on. Very noisy with the construction. I've had to book off work when I work at night and I can't sleep in the day.

Just moved in recently have three parking tickets already due to an apparent waiting list for parking. Heard the condo next door has spots in our building.

Noisy and old

So much noise from construction. Balcony project seems to have been abandon when half done on the railway side. Why not finish the east side before starting the west?
