Room Inspections

I have not had much time with your staff, if the staff is new, however when this apartment used to be operated by Accommod8u there were multiple instances where a staff member went into our apartment and each person's room and took photos without giving us prior warning. The only reason I knew about the first instance was because I had a roommate there tell me and the day after I got an email of a notice saying they were going to do individual room inspections on the previous day as the date. This was both an invasion of privacy and against the law. The first time it happened, I was going to a cancer hospital at the time and it was during exams. My mother contacted the help desk by calling them and email. Emails were ignored and she was treated very harshly during the phonecall. This problem also occured in other apartments.

Apartment condition

Apartment was not in the best of condition when I moved in, maintainance requests were slow and unpredicatable.

Not Bad

Service isnt bad, however there were many items in our apartment that were not in good condition. The door handle was broken, a lot of compartments in the fridge were broken, the chairs were missing screws, etc.
