The 265 Regina St N building is great value for the location. There is a need for maintenance to be more responsive to requests. While the cleaners are in once per week, their efforts do little to help with the strong odour in the hallway of the second floor.

Ive been living here for 3 years now! Staff are always super friendly and maintenance team is super quick! The only complaint I have is how outdated the ammenities are in this building + the lack of ventillation but you getw hat you pay for and its still a great place while in school! :)

Me and other roommates have put in maintenance requests with no responses, leaving some things not working (ie broken screen door, clogged sink)

very few amenities, bare minimum included like washers and dryers. 2 washers and 2 dryers isn't enough for the whole apartment. response to repairs are lackluster, and can be incredibly slow or just straight up not even taken care of

Waited for a year for a new screen on the window and it still hadnt been installed even after i moves out
