It is what you expect

It is about what you expect from a student apartment. The rooms are clean if you live with competent people, the noise coming from the street is a bit annoying but just close your window, parking is a bit of an issue, there are usually enough spaces, but every once in a while I will come home to find absolutely no parking on my side of the building or the other one. I can almost guarantee that 60% of the people parking don't pay for it, so I wouldnt worry so much about it yourself seeing as how it doesnt even guarantee a spot (i pay and still need to go elsewhere sometimes) other than that location is great (was better until they fixed the fence but whatever) and the rest is fine too.

Loud Nights

The nights are very loud on this street with all the idiots driving at 100 mph with their supped up toyota corrolas at 12:30 at night. other than that, the building is acceptable.
