I enjoy living at this location and love having the Waterford pond and path right across the street! Staff members are always very kind and helpful and quick to respond. One thing that i do not like is the parking. Parking spots especially during summer days are all taken up by people using the path and Waterford ponds often leaving no parking spaces at all for residents. It would be very nice to have signs put up reserving parking spots for residents.

Great place to Live as long as you don't have to drive anywhere from Thursday to Sunday because good luck getting your parking space back due to the pub that is connected to the building, and parking at the side of the building could even get you a parking ticket. other than parking, the walls are fairly thick, the ceilings are high, and if you have any issues management is very quick to respond and help. If you live on the ground floor though, your view is very limited and kinda dreary. We used to be able to liven it up a bit by feeding the birds, but we can no longer do that due to raccoons and squirrels coming the mop up what the birds don't get to. all and all a good place for the price, especially in 2023.

Great place to live! Beautiful location in a small town, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Tenants are quiet. I live behind the brewery and I can hear the music - but when I go to the bedroom or turn the tv on I don't notice it at all. Only downside is parking. When the brewery is open and with the nice weather, there is no parking for tenants. Reserved spots would be ideal! It's frustrating coming home and having to park down the road and walk the rest of the way.
