Pets allowed. We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! Our resident pets are an integral part of Shiplake living. All Shiplake pets must be kept on a leash when outside of their suite and are required to use the designated pet-relief areas located outside the building.  We are pleased to offer outdoor dog runs where pets are free to roam and play off-leash. Pets are not permitted in amenity spaces, with the exception of service animals accompanying their primary handler; appropriate documentation must be provided. Residents are required to remove their pets from the suite or safely confine them in a crate or carrier when the landlord or authorized staff require access to the suite.Cats allowed. Dogs allowed.

Se note above. I've lived here for 26 years & can only really complain about the cars/trucks parking in the fire route outside & no one telling them to stop. They make it difficult for Wheeltrans to get in sometimes & force people with a disability to make their own way don to the street for pickup.
