Friendly, competent, not great follow-through (overworked)

I'm saying the workers are friendly, staff, maintenance etc. etc. But sometimes small issues go unattended and there isn't always follow through with things that need fixing in my apartment however it's obvious this is a staffing issue and workers are just over worked (versus being incompetent or not caring). So if the back office people can help shore up resources on premises, things would be just dandy).

Decent place to live

It's a decent place to live. I have lived here for about 10 years now but mostly due to location. I can say it's gone downhill (amenities, service, overall cleanliness etc.) than how it used to be. It used to feel like a resort when managed by Realstar. Simply not the same anymore. Perhaps it will find a balance some time in the near future.
