I've been here for a very long time and for the first time I find some of the landlord's decisions to be unfair, unethical, and nasty. Some of us get things we want or need and some don't. Their reasons why are unclear. They gave some tenants 5 parking spots each which created a shortage of guest parking. They patch problems on the cement grounds which has created worse puddle, mud, and ice problems. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care they show.

Endless constraction, that cant allow babies to nap. Too noisy

Bayview mews is a great location. Convenient for driving or public transit. Also located across from the mall and a YMCA. Suites are very spacious. The bad is that there is no air conditioning in units. Also, rules of property are not always followed or enforced such as parking, noise, poop and scooping.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and I really like this place. The only issue is to have a rent price increase every year and the value is already high. The location is great, with good schools, subway, parks, etc. Considering the high price, the amenities could be better (like gym and playground).

Living here for one year, our experience is very good, the community is friendly, the staff service is excellent, the amenities are good, and the location is good with a nice mall right across the street, schools nearby and a TTC subway station near. The units are huge compared to the average condos in the GTA, this is definitely the best thing about this property. We think we would recommend paying more attention to the maintenance of hallways and common areas, they seem a bit old, some windows are broken, and there is very limited visitor parking. However, this is a minor issue because your visits can park in the mall. I would totally recommend living here.
