It's convenient and peaceful here. Access to many amenities and parks but not too busy with noises.

Building is nice, but it seems the builders have taken some shortcuts and the quality isn't as high as it should be. Some missing paint spots/caulking here and there, walls are not all perfectly straight, floors aren't perfectly level, the sliding door to the was damaged on install and does not work as well as some other apartments in the building. Garbage chute is nice to have organics/recycling options but is often not working. Cheap appliances that have failed. Maintenance is quick to respond and very friendly. Overall minor problems, but for the premium price and new build, a higher standard should be held. Staff is great, the gym and shared spaces are nice, and the coffee machine is a nice perk.

ThFrom the time I saw the apartment to the time I moved in was a very bad experience, but the actual experience of living in the apartment has been good.

After about a year of living here, I will say that the only issue I have is that the Visitor Parking is constantly being taken up by residents of the building, leaving no spaces for actual visitors that we may have.

Great and safe space for all. Living here for close to 3 yeaes now ans can honestly say the staff are great, my neighbours are friendly and theres so much to do un the area.
