Maintenance issue

I have been very disappoint it had been only 1 week when i had the toilet overflowing and i had to make various complaints along with other flatmates to solve the issue. We had to literally chase you guys to solve the problem. it took almost 1 week for our complaints to be taken into consideration. I also requested for a compensation for the inconvenience i had and requested for a superior to get in contact but no response at all.
