I am a new resident and have only been here 4 months howerver I have had an amazing experience starting from the move in. Alicia, The Superintendant, accomodated all my needs, ensuring a stressless day, my unit was ready and cleaned and any little detail i wanted done was taken care of withing 48 hours. My unit is a great size and layout and the price is amazing. Significantly lower than other rentals in the area The place is very well maintained, the pool is wonderful, the area is safe and very convienent. I couldnt be happier thus far and am looking forward to making this my home for a long time.

I i have enjoyed living here. I love the location. It is close to everyting. I have found the superintendents co-operative. . Y neighbours are good and I have made friends here. I preferred when we had weekend security, regular cleaning of commom spaces and care to keep the entire building up tomdate.

I have lived here for more than five years. The superintendents are pretty good. They try their best, but they need more assistance. I think there is too much work in this building for two people. The garage has been under renovation for years. My last building had twice the size garage and was fully renovated in 1 year. The laundry facilities are good. The location is fine. We find that the "handymen" who do repairs are not specialists, and so anything complicated usually does not get fixed well. The air conditioning system was okay at first, but now we find it quite poor. It does not take humidity out of the air in deep summer. In my last apartment, I found that two good window A/C units performed much much better than this central HVAC system. There's no good reason why the HVAC A/C can't be functioning much better. It would take investment, but it would bring the quality of the building up a lot.

Good place to live apartments good size but shabby hallways

large units and good location near the subway. BUT ongoing/never ending noisy construction in the underground section, reduced parking available and have lost the use of the pool FOR MONTHS due to poor maintenance and problems with the construction contractors. Onsite management are RUDE and do not care about the wellbeing of the residents, Maintenance requests go answered and the building has gone down hill in the 10 years I have lived there.

In the past, the superintendent was conscientious and ensured everything worked properly and was fixed promptly. The new intendants do not put effort into customer service. Maintenance has gone down hill. The HVAC system is dusty and the air conditioning is inadequate. Services that used to be provided have consistently been clawed back over time.
