Old building with character and blend of people

The cirrent auper takes care of building and it is clean. Some tenents who have lived here for years pay leass than $1400 while others moving in recently pay more than $1900 due to renovated units. Some tenants are great while others are sketchy. People will smoke in their units which causes stale cigarette smoke in the hallways and stairwell. This is especially problematic as it is heavy on the forst floor where the laundry is. There is only one washer and dryer to serve the building. Residents are not good about keeping the garbage and recycling area tidy so it gets messy and raccoons are a problem. Parking is reasonable. Building management can be very hard to get a hold of.

Security issues

There is a former tennant, named Sean who is still hanging around the property and apparently he knows all the punch codes to the buildings and has been trespassing still. The new building manager Mandy is very nice and very hard working.

Great location

Great location is a huge plus Mgmt needs to be more organized in their paperwork and could be nicer dealing with tenants

Building needs a full time superintendent

The Police are here far too often because of a certain tenant that lives in building # 4 Kingston Rd. His name is Sean and he is constantly in trouble with the police. It does not reflect well on the building and management company. It does not entice respectful tenants to want to live here.
