The important things are not maintained well

This building has inadequate maintenance of basic things like heat during winter and hot water during the year. Something is always breaking down or not working properly and no one seems to care

very noisy area, fire department just up the street, sirens going off all hours of the day and evening. seems like one elevator is not working almost every weekend. they wanna raise the rent as much as possible and do as little work on the building as possible

Maintenance

I have requested many time for pest control but no respounse from mangment. I requested for bathroom self to get it fix No update. Roof of my unit is damaged since last 3 yrs and we get rain water and melted snow in the unit but No update from them. Lift get stuk every time but No maintaince done. HOT WATER ISSUE IS THE MAIN THEN AND WE FACE THIS EVERYDAY AND ON WEEKENDS NO HOT WATER AT ALL. They want rent to be paid on time but MAINTANANCE ZERO. Parking lot hai people working on the car and putting garbage in someone else parking spot. Unknown person parking in parking spot
