The building supervisors spend a lot of time digging through the gargabge to find recycling so they can make extra income. You're lucky if they like you, they are known for trash-talking all the tenants to each other behind their backs. Its like high school

The property managment is known taking trash behind other tenants' backs. The lie as well and are constantly caught these lies. The just sit there silently hoping you will go away.

Clean and relatively spacious hallways. New kitchen appliances. Lone but patient management. Bus stop and No Frills within walking distance. *No security cameras in hallways or near the exit doors. *Only 1 visitor parking. *Cheap bathroom fittings. *Ugly address sign *Expensive
