Having lived in the building years ago, I can see a definite decline in building maintanance. Mold on the walls, peeling paint and concrete on the balconies, patchwork paint job in the corridors, old windows and doors that do not close properly and rattle in the wind.

We have enjoyed living in the building. The staff are nice and keep things clean. A few of the laundry machines have been broken for months. But otherwise it’s a nice building.
