Living in this corner of Stittsville is great, it still has that country feel with all the conveniences of the city within arms reach. The building is surprisingly quiet. When I viewed the unit it was very quiet but even Michael said it was like this day in and day out, and he was right. The staff, mainly Michael, are fantastic and are always there to answer questions and concerns or even just a "good morning, how are you today" it gives a sense of home and belonging.

Great place to live close to park quiet except for traffic

It is a well run rental property. The noise was definitely an issue between the reno construction noise, traffic noise and noises from the hall (needs heavier doors to the hallway). Overall, I would continue living there if these issues were rectified.
