The staff is on top of everything that neds yo be done around here , always cleaning and very friendly

Strengths: Since Squire Court underwent new management (before I moved in), staff have been welcoming and helpful, and committed to maintaining a clean property. I have found both the indoor and outdoor environment to be quiet, although that remains to be seen in light of upcoming renovations. My apartment has been updated and is spacious in some areas while deficient in others. Natural light is very good. Areas of Concern/Improvement: The electrical outlets are placed above baseboard electric heaters which poses a danger in terms of overheating the cords. The 100% transitioning to smoke free is deceptive because tenants can still smoke (including marijuana) in their apartments, the smell of which seeps into my apartment through walls, electrical outlets, the heating system and vents. While it is not constant, it is enough to interfere with quality of life and physical well being, especially since I have multliple chemical sensitivities. The washers have left my clothes extremely creased up no matter what setting I select, and because of one piece of clothing that contained a velcro fastener on the waistband, which I closed, it destroyed a pair of pants that I just bought.
