Super is great. Lots of people hang around downstairs in the basement, very uncomfortable.

I do hope to see that the building will be more cleaner and even outside around the property it always has garbage. Underground garage as well needs to be well maintained. Individuals smoking there and very very dusty at all times and should be cleaned twice to three times a week. Elevators always need repairing and not very clean. I think this building needs better maintenance and wayyyy more cleaning especially now with the COVID 19. Tenants are littering gloves and masks inside building also. I really do hope we get better maintenance in this building and do hope tenants as well to respect this property and keep it clean for all of our safety.
