While the community itself is pleasant, my experience with building management and maintenance has been disappointing due to significant delays and safety concerns. Safety & Snow: In my experience, snow removal is inconsistent. I have observed the parking lot and main entrance remaining un-salted and slippery long after regular snowfall, creating potential hazards. The layout of the parking slots near the exit also feels dangerously tight for daily use. Maintenance Delays: Response times vary greatly. While urgent issues are sometimes addressed, I had one non-emergency maintenance request that took approximately four months to resolve. Facilities: The laundry room requires attention. One washer recently flooded, and the dryer cycles are often insufficient to dry a standard load in one turn, leading to extra costs for residents. Additionally, the heating system lacks nuance; it is either fully on or off, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Management Presence: Because there is no on-site superintendent, communication is often handled via phone. I have found the response to be dismissive at times, with issues like elevator outages taking until the evening to be addressed even when reported during business hours.

to get anything done it takes more than a week maintenance needs to be sped up

Site staff are extremely rude and don't fix issues. People park in my assigned space.
