It is well priced accommodation. Well-located.

Haven't been here long and am already not impressed with maintenance and the safety of living here. You literally hear everything as well. Footsteps to hearing someone cough up a lung. It's absolutely crazy. I knew you would hear some things but feels like people could drop in to anyone's conversation. Dog friendly apartments but no one seems to pick up after their dogs. I've stepped in poop countless of times and my dog as well. Have had weird experiences with neighbors that aren't friendly and peeping Tom's. I'm not used to not feeling safe where I live so living here will definitely be a temporary thing unfortunately. Would not recommend.

I have lived here for almost 14 years. Enjoy the quiet neighbourhood. The structure of the unit is sturdy. It is not a sound proof apartment unit. You hear all the walking from upstairs and noise in hallway. It is a secure entry building which I really like. I just wish that we could use our cell phone to let the peiple in rather than a connected phone to a specific phone outlet. The rent is reasonable because of the amount of years I have been here.Just wished we had a balcony or a outdoor patio area. The laundry facility in each 6 apatment unit is very convenient.
