My wife and I have lived here for almost 4 years now and we absolutely love it. The building is located right in the heart of Westboro and the new LRT will be right across the street. the building is super quiet and the maintenance staff here is excellent. The building is kept to superior standards for cleanliness. We plan on staying here a long time. This is an amazing choice if you want a quiet building with a professional staff.

- Very noisy (construction and insulation issues. LRT construction is also at night. Bought ear plugs) - Multiple appliance and fixtures breaking off. No lights in bedroom. - Consistent rent increases as built after 2018. So dont be fooled by the price. They can increase by several hundred as its permitted. - Elevators always breaking down - Fire alarm issues (last one was at 4am) The only good things are the location and the cleaning staff. Unfortunately, the garbage area is often times overflowing (no garbage chutes) so its an uphill battle for them.

We are now into my 3rd year living here and we absolutely love it. The building is in the heart of Westboro village and connected to Farm Boy. The ammenties are fantastic and the building is well maintained. The tenant services are fast to respond to inquiries and are very friendly. The building is very quiet and the apartment walls are very sound proof. It is a real special place to live and you feel proud to call it your home. We intend on staying here permanently if all goes well. Lots to do in the area as well. Best apartment we have ever lived in.

I have lived here almost a year now and I love it here. The building is well maintained and the staff is very professional. I work from home and it is always super quiet. Perfect for working from home. The internet hookups are top notch. The outdoor terrace is beautiful. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here.
