The location is awesome, very well connected to public transport, 5 mins in car from Queens Way, super market downstairs and two in each block corner. Buuuut, its very noisy place. The FarmBoy facilities make noises very early in the morning or very late at night to the rest of the building and sometimes tenants drill or make other kind of noises late at night. So, if you want to appreciate your sleep, this is not a good place.

Since I arrived here I realize that during early hours in the morning or very late are conducted works in the Farmboy installations. All these works produce big noises that are listened very loud in the main room. That make very difficult take proper rest at night or during the morning at the weekends. This noise can be checked if you go to the left stairs if you are facing in front the building. Im in the third floor so, I guess that in levels below ths noise could be stronger.
