Parking lot not watched (to many ppl getting away with parking in spots not allowed while others have to pay high parking fees). Parking lot lights always going out take forever to be fixed. Laundry room ok... Great private backyards. Staff... reasonable. Building is quiet except the entrance doors always slamming shut. Call box has never worked!! Don't understand Fob entry when anyone can access backyard doors any time. Reasonable walking distance to Iris station. Noce large park Feild for dogs and kids to run around.

I have been living here since 2011. I love this place because is family oriented, a very safe place to live and very well maintained.

Walls are thick so I never hear neighbors. Just the opening and closing of main hallway doors. Nowhere near enough washers and dryers for this many units theres always at least 1 of the 4 broken currebtly its a leaking washer that soaks the floor leaving only one washer really usable since you cant really say the clothes are getting cleaned when all the water is on the floor. They recently fixed the other washer since it was smoking and that was done within 24hrs. Parking is plentiful but took a long time plus a slip before it got salted. Alot of space for your money but repairs, if done, are done poorly. Alot of cosmetic things that are rushed like not sanding mudding down before painting, painting on the window glass. Makes you wonder if this is the disregard you can see then whats truly hidden. Was also told the carpet was cleaned before we arrived but it was terribly filthy and even spot cleaning yielded results meaning it wasn't done. We are allowed to renovate in ways we see fit like painting, landscaping etc which is nice. Pets are allowed! Main upside is how quiet the area is. There's a call buzzer system at the main lobby but it doesn't work so delivery people get annoyed.

Laundry facilities are pathetic, always broken down and not enough for the amount of people that reside here.

Dryers are always broken, parking spaces too close together. Units are a good size, bedrooms are very large, for the price we pay, AC should be included.

Need better security for laundry room so we are able to use laundry machines, ex: put fob entry on door. Maintenance is minimal.
