The Dale Tour 2

We moved in August 2024 from Germany. We chose Ottawa because of the Dale and its community rooms approach. We are completely satisfied both with our first contact (Donald) and the managers up to the recent ones. Keep on the great care!

We have been here since it was available and we have endured the worst of the worst. Between the constant noise and disrespectful neighbours, to the issues with contractors and the general management of the building, we will never deal with Brigil again. This building started out beautiful but it is carelessly maintained and the residents destroy everything with thier constant parties and disregard to the neighbours. Mangement has zero control over the situation. This is incredibly overpriced for a building offering a “hotel experience”. Hotels are clean and fairly quiet and management ensures it is an enjoyable experience for all guests.

We moved to Ottawa from Toronto and found a great building similar to the one we were in before. The apartment is wonderful and spacious, we have a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The views from the huge windows are amazing. Maintenance addresses problems immediately. The staff are super friendly and helpful. All the amenities are wonderful and well kept. I would recommend here to everyone looking for stress free condo style living.

I've been living here at The Dale for 4 months now and am enjoying it. It is in walking distance to Parkdale market, Wellington St., Tunney's Pasture Station and the Kitchi Zibi parkway. The only downside is the noise from barking dogs which sometimes goes on for hours. I would recommend living here at The Dale!
