Great place to stay, amenities are great, close to rideau, get technology in the building just really hate the pool that was advertised has been closed over 5 months

The apartment is well located and the building is quiet and clean. However, I had an issue with the leasing consultant who gave me false information about how my prepaid rent would be applied. She initially told me it would be applied at the beginning, but after I signed, she informed me it would actually be applied at the end, which was very frustrating.

Generally good, neighbors sometimes might be noisy after 11 pm. The stuff is usually helpful and friendly. The gym needs more equipment.
