79 Blackburn Avenue, Unit 4, Ottawa, Ontario

Laundry machines are expensive coin-fed and do not clean properly. We asked this to be fixed but were always told it was our detergent's problem etc. Sometimes maintenance teams would just not show up after confirming a maintenance visit. A kitchen drawer was missing when we moved in, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned and their were scratches and damages all over the walls. To this day day we have not gotten a new kitchen drawer. Rent is very high. Unit is right above a bar that has karaoke on Sunday nights. Burgers are killer though. The location is walking distance to the University of Ottawa, and the renting market in Ottawa is very competitive which is the only reason why we selected this unit being students.
