Why Renters Love It Here
Luxury apartment (without the luxury)
I lived here close to a year and it was very apparent from the beginning the builders had cut corners. There were marks on the walls, certain appliances were not working properly, and immediately we had to schedule a maintenance. There were a number of issues and we had sent emails to the staff that went ignored for weeks, and the interactions is not always a good customer service experience. I am not sure if I would recommend this place to anyone, besides its best feature being the location. I did notice and appreciate recent improvements by staff and management, but in the early days it was rough. Lastly, the underground parking spaces are too tight.

the amenities arent open yet, issues with the a/c, only good thing abt the location is the train, still deciding to raise rent even though paying 50% more than should be in the first place
Underwhelming
Claridge seems to be hyper-focused on portfolio growth by doing the bear minimum, overpromising and under delivering. Recently learned that other tenants feel the same way from an open letter left in the elvators titled “collaborate against Claridge”.
