We have been residing in this building since it was under construction, and we are very satisfied with the services provided. The property offers excellent amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, a children’s play area, a fully equipped gym/fitness center, a barbecue area, a guest communal lounge, a study lounge, and indoor parking. Overall, it has been a pleasant living experience.

When we first moved in there were some issues with the staff. With Hailey as building manager now, I have already noticed more communicattion and positive changes. I hope things continue to get better here. And next winter, I hope that the building can do a better job at keeping unhoused individuals out and perhaps connecting them with resources in the community if possible. I hope that the rent does not increase too. much!

The building is new. However, the maintenance and staff are very disorganized, which makes it challenging to repair and maintain the building/amenities and apartments. They are getting better, but they are still not good. The rental price increased more than 300 dollars for a one-bedroom apartment in one year, which, considering the poor administration, is way too much!

This building was built by the company that killed that construction worker at the site of that big Dow's Lake condo building a few years back. Living here, you very much get the impression that it was built by the sort of company that would cut corners to save a few bucks, even if lives were at stake. Everything feels so poorly constructed. Also, all the white makes you feel like you live in a hospital room. Nice on-site staff though.
