Garbage room meeds major help, also maybe adding a fob system to the laundry room instead of an auto locked room is more attractive to tennance and maintains the security required.

This fall, I will have lived (and mostly loved***) for 11 years at Park West. * the front outdoor areas are in desperate need of new landscaping/sprucing up.... **unfortunately, on serval times a day, pot smoke/stink drifts into my home. Our admin Vikki is wonderful/efficient and professional. I continue to be grateful that she is on-site and available on a weekly basis.

Service could improve, laundry room stinks, dog urine and poop by entrance and in parking lot, garbage shoot stinks, hallway should be vacuumed more often, a nice smell in the entrance would be nice, A $1.52 in rent decrease is a joke.

The building is in a great location. The new management seem ok so far. The new general cleaning person is doing a fantastic job and Vikki who works in the office is super nice. The place is in decent shape except for the hallways which are run down. The biggest problem with this place is the tenants (smoke in the hallways, stolen shopping carts making the place feel cheap, rubbish in the parking garage between opposing spots, noise, etc.).

Spacious 2-bedroom unit in a well-designed, well-located, and well-managed building. With some updates to the hallways, lighting, laundry room, and waste areas, it could go from good to great.

I am happy with my apartment and the building cleanliness and quiet . The office staff is great!!
