Disappointed

Rent raised by over 400$ in 2 yrs, cleaning staff is understaffed, turnover is frequent as a result and residential floors take a hit. Sometimes weeks or months go by with no vaccuming of the carpet floors. Justin (assistant manager) and Amir (security) are the best things about Rhythm. Location a shopping conveniences ate a big selling point as well. Pet value on first floor of building, hampton park etc are bonuses.

Amenities

The building is great the staff is wonderful people are really nice. But half the time the amenities arent working like the video game room and the arcade games.

Going downhill fast

I loved this building when i moved in but wuickly learned how management have no idea what they are doing. The staff turnover in 1 year is crazy. Be warned your rent will increase anywhere from 12-20 % after your first year. The parking garage is a sh.t show and no enforcement at all

okay but not the best

Very very noisy building because of unfinished construction staff do not answer their emails (they basically ignore your emails) very hard to get something from staff when you need apartment view building not the best when you not living in a higher floor (you pay a higher price and no view ) up prices of apartment every year (very disappointed)

I love the view the apartment is nice. Amenaties are good, key components are broken and not repaired. Common area not as clean had the uses too.
