When we moved in, we moved into an unliveable apartment, it was a mess, there was sticky stuff on the walls and in the cupboards, the wifi wasn't working, and all of the mattresses needed to be replaced. Many of the major complaints were only addressed by management after many calls and emails and it took more than a month after move-in. Honestly, it feels like management doesn't really care how we live because we're just students, but some students actually have standards. Things that I like about the apartment are my roommates, the location, the maintenance guys are so sweet and they will go above and beyond (Safari is awesome!), and my room is a nice size.

Housing with smart living has been very convenient for us students. The maintenance is easy to contact, which is nice, but most times I find that the fix is not a proper one or that the problem resurfaces because it wasn’t dealt with correctly. I wish the rooms were bigger.
