I like living here due to the location.
No complaints!
I've been living in my Smart Living unit for almost 8 months now, and I have barely any complaints! The property is as advertised, and the staff are responsive and reasonable. When our kitchen sink started to leak, the maintenance team replaced the faucet within just a couple days. Our property manager also let us install our own air conditioner, and the free in-unit laundry is a huge plus. As long as you are reasonable with the Smart Living team, they will be reasonable with you.

Living in a smart living property has been not nice to say the least. The rent is too high for the quality of living you get and it is ridiculous. They take advantage of students.
Not the greatest place to live
Parking is over priced. Cost 125$ a month and in the winter they don’t maintain it so your car will more than likely be damaged. They lose track told payments and threaten to evict you. Loud location since lots of students. No amenities .
