Nice building design (despite lack of sunlight for units facing Smyth).. but expect large rent increases, road noise (and smell/unusable balconies), broken gym equipment, some disrespectful dog owners. 24/7 HVAC fan running with no option to turn off, and water is charged as a utility (Wyse). Would only recommend if only planning to stay one year.

I've been living here since beginning of July 2022 and it's been hit and miss. I still don't have hot water in the kitchen, although it seems to have resolved in the bathroom. When I first moved in it took over 2 months to get a proper working washing machine. If you don't mind noise, the ventilation system is loud in the apartment, which drives me crazy because I'm alone and I'm quiet, so it seems super loud to me. The actual building is beautiful. I love the design and concept. This was the main reason for wanting to live here. They are having issues with keeping doors locked and I've had a parcel stolen from the package room which is supposed to be locked. I absolutely love all the amenities around this building, you walk everywhere to get all your needs. Five Stars on that alone. Big plus for me is it's super close to work and I also love that my guests can park indoors. I'm disturbed by the amount of tenants not picking up after their dogs, even though the building has baggies and garbage bins at main door and on roof top. I've already received a notice of rent increase, which saddens me considering everything I've gone through since moving in. I won't list it all as I feel that's my personal experience and may not be the same for others living here, yet water leaks were involved. Cleaning staff is friendly and takes great care in keeping the place looking spiffy. I suppose I could go on but I think this is enough at this time. Hope the other tenants are enjoying their rental.

First impressions not good, several items not working - Thermostat, dishwasher, patio door, front door noise from the terrace and a lot of noise from the street.
