I’ve ongoing issues with bad smells blwoingnthrough my ventilation for 3 years now and it was never taken seriously or fully resolved. It was exhausting going back and forth with management who came off dismissive. I’ve had a staff memebr enter my unit in the middle of the night without permission for “personal reasons” whete they used their all access fob to apparently visit famiky and enetered the wrong unit on the wrong floor. This wasn’t reported to me until i noticed the next morning that my deadbolt was unlocked and was extremely unsettled and raised it with the resident manager, which then it was shared with me hat had happened. Again, this didnt seem like it was taken seriously from a safety and securtiy perspective and nothin came out of it in terms of resolution. Closet doors are constantly breaking and coming off of the tracks. There is a high pitched loud whistling noise that comes innthrough my door when it is windy outside, due to the poor construction of the building. I just have not had a good experience with staff, maintenance, and overall the quality of the building itself.

Most of the staff are excellent (only one us not do friendly). The building is kept quite clean. Tenants are mostly friendly. Location is excellent. Its quick to get anywhere. The handicap doors dont all work so that is frequently annoying. The rent is prohibitive for a single mother so i will have to move. I appreciate that the Carma bill is low though.

Improvements have been made to the residence since opening. Parking improvement and enforcement has greatly improved. Building is alway clean and tidy . Management has improved on communication and residence response Thank you

living from past 8 months no issues at all.

Lived here for 3 years but rent was getting a bit high so moving out. Once I gave notice they lowered price by almost $300. I would have stayed if they had offered me that. Not a great way to keep good tenants.
