Garbage is still an issue here. Maintenance of the grounds is lacking. Landlord should accept e-transfers; it is 2026.

moving in sept 1 but looks good from the videos. only complaint is that I was told landlord covered everything including gas, minus hydro (but it is electrical heating suggesting my hydro bill will be more than first thought). Wish this had been communicated before I paid my non-refundable deposit.
