Need of upgrades throughout

The entire building and apartment is in great need of repairs, cleaning and upgrades, starting with the front steps, lobby, kitchen cupboards and counter-top, windows that open and close properly, and proper heating and cooling.

Decent, not worth $812+ a month though

The parking lot is a disaster and the stairs leading up to the second and third floors are very dangerous in the winter. The snow removal crew did not come for weeks after multiple snowfalls and I, as well as three of my other housemates have all fallen down the stairs. Maintenance comes relatively quick and is efficient.
