I’ve lived in this building for several months, and unfortunately my experience with management has been extremely negative. Over the last three months, I experienced repeated mistreatment and bullying by the Property Manager overseeing both 100 and 200 Frontier Private. As a woman, I was subjected to interactions that felt overtly sexist, dismissive, and targeted, which created an uncomfortable and hostile living environment. Woman to woman, I would strongly caution anyone considering moving here. The stress caused by management has far outweighed any positives of the building. It’s simply not worth it.

I've had great contact information with all the staff and experienced a friendly, prompt and efficient reply or visit concerning anything I needed to address as a new resident here. Everyone is very friendly here, that includes staff and residents. I would also really give a big thumbs up to the cleaning staff here. The building inside and out is very well looked after and it really makes it comfortable living here. I also am renting a one bedroom smaller unit which is very well layed out and architecturally well planned out. It's also very quiet. I am pleasantly pleased with living here, and it's also right at the OC Transpo hub where I can easily catch the bus or train.
